Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchanges


If your refunds are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, with in 45 days  from the day of refund approval request.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancelation policy: 

 In case, a purchaser wants to proceed with cancelation of the enrollment because of any reason, he/she can send a written request at contact@epcland.com, same shall be reviewed within 30 days and if the request is approved, the refund process shall be initiated as per above mentioned procedure. In-case of usage of multiple coupons, if the final price goes below threshold price, order shall be canceled and amount received shall be refunded. Definitions of threshold limit shall be decided purely by the owner/publisher of course. This is to restrict the usage of multiple coupons which may be possible because of technical glitch in the software. This policy is subject to receipt of cancellation request with in 7 days of purchase. 


Considering the nature of mode of payment and selling the courses online only, there are no exchanges allowed.
